Showroom Assistant

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist with showroom enquiries, coordinate projects and support the day-to-day operations of the business. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and website, ensuring prompt follow-up. • Assist customers in the showroom with flooring selections and product advice. • Prepare quotations, invoices and assist with job costing. • Monitor projects from enquiry through to completion. • Liaise with suppliers and support general office administration. • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom. Skills & Experience • Previous customer service, retail or office administration experience. • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
