Architectural Project Lead for Award-winning Boutique Design Studio - Housing, Hospitality

Rare opportunity for an exceptional Architect to join an award-winning boutique design studio. Predominantly working across Hospitality and Private Residential projects, the studio is known for their bespoke detailing, daring palettes and experimental designs. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects through all stages with a technical focus • Work across an exciting mix of projects including high end houses, hospitality and one-off commercial projects • Work with creative clients and team • Work closely with the design team to deliver high quality projects • Produce/ oversee clear and concise documentation • Ability to successfully thrive in a collaborative environment, while being able to confidently work independently and lead projects Skills and Experience: • Relevant architecture education, registration not essential • Operating at a level similar to 6-10+ years' industry experience • Passion for design excellence • Revit experience essential and knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Vectorworks, Enscape desired • Strong BIM interest and desire to drive best practice and manage standards across the business • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across projects • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations • Strong documentation and coordinator skills Benefits and Culture • Centrally located beautiful Sydney studio • Work on exciting, bespoke, high-end projects • Join an award-winning studio with a close-knit team • Opportunities for professional growth
