Senior Architect/ Associate - High End Houses

Seeking a talented architect to work on high end private residential projects. You will have a minimum of 10 years proven experience in similar roles, including 3 years local experience gained on private residential projects (ideally in Sydney), and a successful track record in running small to medium projects from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well strong design, delivery and client facing skills. Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding client service on high budget houses and other boutique projects • Lead projects from start to completion (including technical aspects) • Work closely with others and mentor junior team members • Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing • Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes • Work closely with clients and team members Skills and Experience • Architectural qualifications • Minimum of 10 years' experience including some Australian experience dealing with consultants and approval processes. • Good design eye - able to work through design development • Past local experience on high budget private residential projects • Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery. • Revit Benefits and Culture As part of the team you will enjoy benefits such as; • A 9 day fortnight! • A collaborative work culture • Fantastic projects
