Senior Project Architect - Associate level

Thriving North side practice looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their close-knit team. They have a healthy pipeline of projects across sectors, including Health and Multi-Residential , and offer great support, working across all stages. Key Responsibilities • Ability to manage a small team and work independently • Work closely with external consultants and contractors • Lead projects from developed concept to completion • Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages • Cross-sector experience in Health, Community or Residential beneficial Skills and Experience • Appropriate Architectural qualification - registration preferred but not essential • Experience leading Class 2 projects or health projects through delivery stages • Local experience on Multi-unit residential projects including design development, documentation and delivery • Design Building Practitioner Registration or working towards this preferred • Sound knowledge of other architecture typologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and within teams • Revit proficiency preferred • Excellent attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability Benefits and Culture • Friendly office culture with good work/life balance • Convenient location • Strong opportunities for professional development
