Key Responsibilities • Manage more than one project from start to finish • Collaborate with the Director in design stages • Lead small teams and consultants • Lead design development, architectural design, documentation and detailing on bespoke houses and their interiors • Review the design and documentation packages of junior team members • Contribute to processes to ensure the compliance of project quality standards • Contribute to a positive culture and lead through example Skills and Experience • Past experience on high quality houses/ boutique projects gained locally • Strong design skills and proven project experience • Excellent client communication skills • Capability to lead coordination and manage a project through all stages • High-quality detailing and delivery skills • Vectorworks preferred Benefits and Culture • Flexible working hours • A social work culture with regular events • Good work life balance
