Responsibilities • Manage the delivery of architecture and design projects through to completion, ensuring programmes and key milestones are achieved. • Coordinate clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams, acting as the central point of communication throughout each project. • Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting minutes, programmes and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, actions and project budgets. • Build strong client relationships, providing a high level of service and representing the practice professionally. Requirements • Degree qualified in Architecture, Project Management or a related built environment discipline. • Strong understanding of the project delivery process. • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts is advantageous.
