Hotel & Resort - Architecture Project Manager

A Global Design firm is looking for an Interior Architecture Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant and Gaming projects. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple hospitality projects from conceptual stages, up into construction documentation and through construction administration Key Responsibilities: • Implements all phases of a design project, including contracts, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, documentation, specifications and construction, field observations, change orders, and pay requests • Lead the project team and synchronize activities with consultants proactively • Manage document submittals and plan review process • Act as the primary liaison between the principal, the team, and the client. • Manages client expectations about project scope, budget and schedule to ensure the client understands services and timelines • Manages and oversees the staffing plan, work plan, financial stability and schedules, with consistent attention to quality, profitability and positive results Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture • Professional licensure is a plus. • 10+ years of hospitality and restaurant experience, with a focus on interior architecture • experience leading large projects through all phases • Thorough understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets • Working knowledge of Revit is required
