Project Manager - Interior Architecture - Private Residential+Hospitality

Role and Responsibilities • Help define the design mission statement and design program alongside the Principals. • Oversee the production of design, documentation and construction • Set project schedules and deadlines with the Studio Director. • Coordinate with the Senior Designer when communicating with clients and consultants. • Coordinate project construction with architects, GCs, vendors, and consultants. • Delegate tasks and determine designer's assignments and deadlines; oversee staff work schedules and allocate staff for each project accordingly. • Schedule and direct design meetings with the Principals and design team. • Maintain antique and auction schedules with the Studio Assistant Key Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior design • Minimum of 10 years total of design experience; 5 years of Project Management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must have eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and be highly organized. • Ability to assist Principals in design process when necessary; add in development of custom millwork, finishes, and detail documentation. • Experience managing 3-5 projects at a time while delegating project tasks across team members.
