Healthcare Project Manager – San Francisco We are working with a nationally recognised, design-led architecture practice to appoint a Healthcare Project Manager for their San Francisco studio. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused environment where teams are structured to give individuals real visibility, responsibility, and exposure across both project delivery and the wider business. The studio offers the support of a larger practice, combined with the culture and agility of a smaller, close-knit team. The Role You will take a lead role in delivering healthcare projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractor, and internal team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing performance across all stages.
