Mid-Level Architect / Graduate - Innovative Design Studio

Key Responsibilities • Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects. • Collaborate with project teams from concept development through construction, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions. • Engage in strategic thinking by partnering with clients to create project visions, return briefs, and feasibility studies for architectural and urban design projects. • Assist in master planning and implementation of major urban renewal projects, ranging from city-changing developments to new livable communities. • Work with senior team members and mentor junior members. Skills & Experience • 3 years experience working on multi-residential projects. • High-level communication and technical skills. • Proficiency in Revit software is essential. • Strong documentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage in open, collective, and innovative approaches to design. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to deliver a project from start to end. • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
