Senior Project Architect - Associate level

W e're seeking a dynamic individual to join this award winning multi-disciplinary studio - ideal candidates are both creative and technically strong to work through all phases of a project from concept design through construction documentation. Key Responsibilities • Work across projects from start to completion, working collaboratively with colleagues and leading teams • Work closely with project consultants and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction • Oversee & coordinate high quality documentation and details • Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes • Manage your time across multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled • To pursue design excellence and innovation • Implement the processes and procedures in line with best practice Skills and Experience • Completed relevant Architectural qualification • Operating at a level equal to 10+ years professional practice experience • Architect's Registration and Design Practitioner Registration highly desirable • ArchiCAD skills essential • Experience dealing with clients, consultants and approval processes • Design eye and attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Past experience on local mixed-use apartment projects • Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases Benefits and Culture • Collaborative, close-knit social team • Birthday leave day and regular social events • Centrally located studio close to transport
