Our client is seeking a talented Project Designer with experience in workplace interiors to join a collaborative and design-driven architecture and interiors practice. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on developing innovative design solutions, leading project design efforts, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional workplace environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and presentation of workplace interior design concepts, space planning, and design solutions. • Manage design deliverables through all project phases, from concept design through construction administration. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. • Develop FF&E selections, material palettes, renderings, and presentation materials while maintaining project budgets and schedules. • Produce and coordinate construction documents, ensuring design quality, code compliance, and constructability. • Participate in site visits, RFI reviews, and construction coordination activities. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture. • Resolve design and construction challenges while maintaining project goals, timelines, and budgets. Skills & Experience • 6+ years of experience in workplace interior design. • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and project execution. • Advanced proficiency in Revit for modeling, documentation, and construction document production. • Experience using Enscape or similar visualization software. • Working knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, budgeting, and project coordination. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and professional approach. • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace for presentations and design communication. • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for design and documentation is a plus. • Professional licensure or certification preferred but not required.
