Key Responsibilities • Developing client briefs into high-quality design solutions aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work • Producing innovative, efficient and sustainable architectural designs • Contributing to the preparation and coordination of project information and deliverables • Ensuring designs comply with UK construction legislation, British Standards and industry best practice • Advising on material selection and preparing specifications using NBS • Supporting Planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and Building Safety Gateway processes • Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities • Participating in design reviews, project workshops and coordination meetings Skills & Expertise • ARB-registered Architect with at least 5 years' UK professional experience • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual obligations • Experience working across multiple sectors, ideally including large-scale residential and/or education projects • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other digital design tools • Minimum two years' experience using Autodesk Revit • Experience using Newforma Project Center for project communication, document management and collaboration • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams Benefits & Culture Comprehensive rewards and benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, career development and work-life balance.
