Architect/ Technical Lead for Global Retail/Hospitality/Commercial studio

As one of the senior team in their newly established Sydney office, you’ll have a genuine hand in shaping the team's technical culture. You will be the go-to for technical production and delivery on projects across Australia, offering a level of career headspace and influence that you just don't find in more established structures. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the technical production and delivery from schematic through to construction documentation and site stages • Work across interesting and challenging projects like flagship retail stores and first-class lounges • Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD • Liaise with and manage overseas documentation teams • Oversee coordination through construction phase • Collaborate closely with directors and the broader design team to deliver well-resolved outcomes Skills and Experience: • Extensive experience working in construction stages of Retail/Hospitality projects • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit • Strong construction detailing and documentation experience • Confident knowledge of NCC and AS1428 • Confident communicator with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills Benefits and Culture: • Join a studio that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design • Great work/life balance with flexibilities • Huge opportunity for professional development
