Key Responsibilities: • Oversee detailed technical design packages, resolve complex architectural details, and lead on-site delivery through RIBA Stages 3–7. • Lead, guide, and inspire a small, dedicated project team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth among junior staff. • as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle. • Direct and coordinate specialist consultants, structural engineers, and main contractors both in the studio and on-site. Skills and experience • Confident project runner with a refined design eye, deep technical rigor, and proven experience navigating the complexities of London's super-prime residential market. • 5+ years of post-qualification experience running high-end private residential projects (both ultra-luxury new builds and complex historic/listed renovations). • Outstanding technical knowledge, construction detailing, and a thorough understanding of UK building regulations and heritage planning constraints. • Proven ability to manage a small team, run site meetings, and hold your own with high-net-worth clients and top-tier contractors. • Equally capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit, fast-paced studio environment.
