This private investor-backed studio is seeking an experienced On Site Project Architect to join it's expanding team. In this key role, you will: • Lead the delivery of a high-profile residential project from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion. • Act as a primary point of contact for the client and contractor for any on site and delivery queries. Key responsibilities: • Regular site attendance & Meetings with contractor and clients • Monitor Construction work for quality and compliance • You will be a point of reference for all queries for the project • Coordinate and resolve any technical issues and over see technical packages and on-site delivery • Liaise and manage contractors and consultants on and off site. • The role will mostly focus on RIBA stages 3 - 7 but experience across all is required. • Maintaining design and technical quality Skills: • Minimum 2 years experience in RIBA stage 5+ • Keen interest and strength in construction and onsite Delivery • Outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability • Experience on listed buildings required • Able to work independently and in a team This is an amazing site delivery opportunity, interest?
