Project Architect - Hospitality Projects

A respected design practice with a national footprint is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their friendly Melbourne team. This role offers the chance to lead standout hospitality projects, from boutique venues to large-scale developments, within a collaborative and down-to-earth studio. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of hospitality projects, from documentation through to construction • Manage contract administration and ensure high-quality built outcomes • Collaborate with the in-house interiors team for seamless design integration • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across all stages • Mentor junior staff and support a positive team culture Skills & Experience • Registered Architect in Victoria with 8+ years of post-grad experience • Proven track record delivering hospitality / Retail projects through construction • Strong coordination, leadership, and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Revit proficiency essential, along with Microsoft Office • Current driver’s license required Benefits & Culture • Work on some of Melbourne’s most exciting hospitality and education venues • Supportive, social team in a creative Abbotsford studio • Long-term role with a growing, design-focused national practice • Genuine focus on quality, collaboration, and successful delivery
