Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and delivery of workplace interior projects from concept through to technical design. * Produce high-quality design proposals, presentations and client-facing material. * Develop projects through all RIBA Stages using Revit. * Prepare and coordinate all aspects of the interior design. * Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions. * Present design ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. * Mentor and support junior members of the interiors team. * Keep up to date with workplace trends, materials and emerging design innovations. * Help grow and shape the Workplace team, with the opportunity to progress into a senior leadership role. Skills and Experience * Relevant experience delivering commercial workplace interior projects. * Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence. * Excellent Revit skills. * Confident managing project workloads and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * A proactive, ambitious and solutions-focused approach.
