Senior Interior Designer

An award-winning architecture and interior design practice is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing Workplace team. Established for over 12 years, the practice delivers ambitious architecture and interiors across a diverse portfolio including workplace, hospitality, residential, placemaking and airports Their projects span the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, with exciting plans to expand further. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio at an exciting stage of growth. Working alongside the Head of Workplace Interiors, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, design-led workplace projects while helping to shape and strengthen the team for the future. They're looking for someone who is passionate about workplace design, enjoys mentoring others and wants to become an influential part of a growing interiors team. Whether you're already operating at senior level or ready to step into greater responsibility, this role offers a genuine pathway into leadership. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and delivery of workplace interior projects from concept through to technical design. * Produce high-quality design proposals, presentations and client-facing material. * Develop projects through all RIBA Stages using Revit. * Prepare and coordinate all aspects of the interior design. * Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions. * Present design ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. * Mentor and support junior members of the interiors team. * Keep up to date with workplace trends, materials and emerging design innovations. * Help grow and shape the Workplace team, with the opportunity to progress into a senior leadership role. Skills and Experience * Relevant experience delivering commercial workplace interior projects. * Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence. * Excellent Revit skills. * Confident managing project workloads and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * A proactive, ambitious and solutions-focused approach.
