Associate Director Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver large-scale projects, particularly within retail fit-out and mixed-use sectors. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 8 direct reports. • Oversee project coordination and delivery to ensure quality, programme, and commercial objectives are met. • Collaborate closely with the Project Director and other senior team members. • Support the growth and development of the team. Skills and Experience • Strong experience delivering large-scale retail fit-out and mixed-use projects. • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Working knowledge of Revit and/or Rhino. • Ability to guide and support team members in model development and coordination, without needing to be an advanced technical specialist. • Strong leadership, organisational, and project delivery capabilities.
