Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect to lead the design and delivery of workplace and commercial interior projects in our London studio. You will take responsibility for design development across RIBA Stages 1–5, balancing conceptual thinking with technical delivery and coordination. Key Responsibilities • Lead interior design concepts from briefing through to detailed design • Deliver projects across RIBA Stages 1–5, with focus on Stages 3–5 • Produce and review drawings, specifications, and FF&E documentation • Coordinate design packages with architects and consultants • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and workplace standards • Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations • Manage design communication through drawings, visuals, and reports • Mentor and support junior team members Skills and Experience • 6–10+ years’ experience in interior design or interior architecture • Proven UK workplace/commercial project experience • Strong portfolio showing conceptual and technical delivery • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and workplace standards • Experience in BIM workflows and FF&E (desirable) • Experience leading or mentoring junior staff (desirable) • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar Benefits and Culture • Opportunity to work on high-quality, design-led projects within a collaborative multidisciplinary studio. • Competitive salary • 22 days annual leave plus Christmas closure • Private medical insurance or gym membership option • Cycle-to-work scheme and flexible benefits
