Are you a skilled BIM Coordinator looking to join a collaborative, design-led architectural practice in London? We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving BIM standards, supporting project teams and ensuring the effective implementation of digital design processes across the practice. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain BIM standards, workflows and project protocols. • Support project teams in the delivery of coordinated BIM models and project information. • Administer and develop Revit templates, families and content libraries. • Coordinate multidisciplinary model exchanges and clash detection processes. • Provide technical support and training to project teams. • Assist with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project setup and Common Data Environment (CDE) management. • Monitor model quality and compliance with project and practice BIM standards. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator role within an architectural practice. • Strong UK project experience is essential. • Advanced Revit knowledge with a thorough understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards. • Experience working with Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or similar. • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and information management principles. • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to support multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Qualifications • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline. • CIAT, BIM certification or other relevant professional accreditations would be advantageous.
