Why this role is interesting

A leading international architecture practice is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Support Administrator to join its project team. Working closely with the project team, you’ll help keep project information, documentation and administration accurate and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is methodical, proactive and reliable, with a strong eye for detail and confidence managing multiple priorities. Based in the London studio, the role offers one day working from home and can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours considered for the right person. Responsibilities: • Maintain RFI, Transmittal and DDNA registers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Download, organise and file project documentation across SharePoint and project drives. • Review information for missing, incorrect or outdated details and follow up where required. • Assist with weekly reporting, including tracking overdue RFIs and Transmittals. • Support document control, archiving, filing and project administration. • Assist with inductions, onboarding and admin training where required. • Provide general administrative support to the project team and help improve existing processes. Requirements: • Previous experience in project administration, project support, document control or a similar role. • Excellent organisation and attention to detail. • Confident managing multiple priorities, deadlines and a busy inbox. • Strong working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Office. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Confident following up with colleagues and chasing information when required. • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working with registers, spreadsheets and large volumes of information. • Experience within architecture, construction, engineering or infrastructure is beneficial but not essential.
