Requirements • Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within an architecture, design or creative consultancy. • Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams. • Commercially aware with confidence interpreting financial and project data. • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience using project management systems (such as CMap) and Microsoft Office. • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to travel between Bristol and Oxford on a fortnightly basis. • Knowledge of health & safety, ISO standards or Common Data Environments would be advantageous.
