Architectural Technician - BIM

A growing multidisciplinary practice is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist with a BIM focus to join its Manchester studio. The practice has an established reputation delivering technically challenging public sector work across courts, prisons, education, and commercial sectors, with opportunities to work alongside wider in-house disciplines on complex UK projects. Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit • Coordinate BIM information across multidisciplinary teams • Support technical delivery across public sector and commercial projects • Assist with design coordination, detailing, and compliance • Contribute to project delivery across multiple RIBA stages • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders • Support quality assurance and technical standards across projects • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design environment Skills and Experience • Strong Revit proficiency and BIM workflow experience • Experience delivering UK-based projects, ideally within public sector environments • Good technical detailing and construction knowledge • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and project delivery • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams • Strong communication and organisational skills
