Registered Architect/Project Lead

This Award winning studio is on the lookout for a confident and talented Registered Architect to join their team. If you're experienced leading a team on large and engaging projects we want to hear from you! The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing all phases of architectural projects from concept development, documentation to construction administration and project closeout. Lead coordination meetings, manage schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities • Working closely with team members across project stages • Take direction from studio leaders and work to meet project deadlines • Develop design options and ideas both individually and in collaboration • Industry knowledge of Australian building standards, codes, and practices • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to timelines Skills and Experience • Eligible for working in Australia • Local experience - operating at level equal to 6-10+ years preferred • Relevant Architecture degree/qualifications • Proven experience as a project lead with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects • Experience in project management, including experience leading a team • Experience in public and civil projects highly desirable • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience producing and maintaining drawings sets • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Positive and engaging personality with strong work ethic and team player Benefits and Culture • Collaborative work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and career development • Competitive compensation and benefits • Hybrid working opportunities
