Our client is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join a fast-growing, design-forward luxury residential studio. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-end projects from concept through completion while contributing to a collaborative, values-driven team environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects across all phases, from concept development through installation. • Develop design narratives, mood boards, and material / FF&E palettes. • Produce space plans, elevations, and presentations using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite. • Source high-end furnishings, finishes, and materials aligned with project vision. • Present design concepts and progress confidently to clients. • Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to maintain timelines and budgets. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a feedback-driven, collaborative culture. • Oversee installations with strong attention to detail and hands-on involvement. Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design. • Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion. • Strong design sensibility with a refined, high-caliber portfolio. • Confident client-facing presence with strong presentation skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer. • Experience with FF&E sourcing and technical documentation. • Collaborative mindset with a low-ego, team-oriented approach. • Calm, organized, and solutions-driven under pressure. • Based in or close to the Bay Area (Hybrid schedule).
